Am I required to provide personal data?

HUMIND LAB only request the data that is strictly necessary for the realization of the purpose for which they are collected, so that in case of not being provided may not be the service you have requested.

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided and obtained for the relationship between the data subject and HUMIND LAB will be retained for a maximum period of 5 years from the last confirmation of interest, or as we are required by a legal provision, in which case it will be maintained, duly blocked, and deleted when not needed. 

What is the legitimation for the processing of your data?

In compliance with article 6.1 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, we inform you that the legitimation for the processing of your data is the following:

  1. the person concerned gave their consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes and/or
  2. treatment is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the controller and/or
  3. the treatment is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, provided that on such interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular when the interested party is a child.

What recipients will communicate your data to?

The data processed by HUMIND LAB may be communicated to third parties where we are required by a legal provision.

Also, HUMIND LAB providers of services for which it is necessary to perform data communication in different areas of the business (management, accounting, taxation, marketing, workplace…). The relationship with these companies is regulated according to the article 28 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27th of April of the European Parliament and of the Council (RGPD). Data accessed from these companies will only be used for the business purpose need not be retained for any further purpose.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any interested party has the right to obtain confirmation about whether in HUMIND LAB we are treating personal data that concern them or not.

Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case only retain it for the exercise or defense of claims.  users will also be able to object to the processing of your data. HUMIND LAB will no longer process the data, except for legitimate reasons, compelling, or in the exercise or defense of claims.

The user can send a written letter to HUMIND LAB, the address of the responsible party, or by means of an e-mail address indicated in the header of this Policy, attaching a photocopy of your identity document, at any time and free of charge, to:

  • Revoke the consents granted.
  • Obtain confirmation about whether we are treating personal data that concern to the User or not.
  • Access to your personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data when, among other reasons, data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
  • To obtain the limitation of data processing when meet any of the conditions laid down in the data protection regulations.
  • Request the portability of your data.
  • Get in touch with the DPO of HUMIND LAB
  • to make a claim on the authority of control (www.aepd.es) in the case of considering violated the rights that are recognized by the applicable regulations on data protection.

HUMIND LAB adopts the corresponding security levels required by the above-mentioned rules of Protection of Personal Data and other applicable regulations. These levels of security are required for those entities who access our information by virtue of a contractual relationship and/or provision of service, in application of article 28 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (RGPD)

, however, does not assume any responsibility for the damages and losses derived from alterations that third parties may cause in the computer systems, electronic documents or files of the user.
